KAMELEON JEWELRY TEAMS UP WITH MODERN MEDIA

Kameleon Jewelry is a unique jewelry system offering interchangability across a large spectrum of personal accessories. As a trend setting brand, Kameleon Jewelry is aggressive at penetrating a number of global markets, including the USA, Canada, Australia and Europe. Kameleon recognized the need for a tactful internet marketing strategy to propel this global presence, and turned to the Modern Media team for guidance.

Modern started by completing a thorough website audit of Kameleon’s existing site, highlighting key opportunities and making recommendations to increase customer conversion. After completing the conversion strategy and making small modifications to the existing website, the shopping section became the second most visited page on the website – it was sixth previously. Modern was then engaged to build a new content-managed international-facing e-commerce website, and has also implemented social media initiatives including two Facebook apps and a Facebook fan page that has over 2000 fans.

The new Kameleon website has an updated interface and is visually stunning – while also being user friendly, client friendly, and conversion focused. The website incorporates a robust ecommerce platform that facilitates the sale of over 250 product SKU’s to both retailers and direct to consumers. Traffic has quadrupled overall for Kameleon since they started working with Modern, in part to the new site and to the social media initiatives. Having launched a Canada and USA version of the website, additional international sites are already in the works. As well, later this summer, Modern Media will introduce a high impact website widget to further showcase the interchangeable nature of the jewelry products.
