LAWTONS DRUGS LAUNCHES NEW WEBSITE

Lawtons Drugs teamed up with Modern Media to redesign, build and launch a brand new website. Lawtons felt the old site was content heavy and product focused, instead of being aimed towards their customers. After doing some research, it was decided to design the site to fit the needs of their primary customer demographic.

Together, Lawtons and Modern decided that the website should provide the same customer experience online as the customer would receive in the store. It would also feature Lawtons new branding initiatives. In addition, it would provide customers with information on store events, weekly flyers, product information and other services offered, including Lawtons Home HealthCare. Keeping the customer as the main focus, Modern designed and built a site that was very user friendly. Additionally, the site was created so Lawtons was given the ability to update content and ensure the site was always current.
Also available on the new website is Lawtons Drugs PROfile programs and services. This allows customers to have access to their medications and the ability to refill prescriptions online for greater convenience. This program features an ‘ask the pharmacist’ function that lets the customer be in contact with a health professional just by visiting the website.
