In 2011, Modern Media was contacted by managers of the Needs Convenience brand to help the design and develop its online marketing presence. Modern Media established a go-to-market digital marketing strategy that led to the creation of a brand website, a relaunch of the Facebook community, an email marketing program, and a series of online promotions.
As the Facebook community grew in popularity, Modern Media was further tasked with day to day community management and establishing the overall social media strategy.
